Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Ecotub, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide a smooth shopping experience and ensure that our eco-friendly products reach you in the best condition. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order..

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting us at support@ecotub.in
    or calling +91 9529253218 
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot accept cancellation requests.

Returns & Refunds

Since Ecotub products are consumable hygiene items, we accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

Refund/Replacement Process:

  1. Contact us for return at support@ecotub.in within 48 hours (2 Days) of delivery with your order details and a photo of the product.
  2. Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement and exchange and replacements will be done within 7 business  days or initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  3. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the product has been:

  • Opened or partially used
  • Damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Returned without original packaging

 Refund Mode

  • All approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.).
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer/UPI once bank details are provided.
