3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after acceptance and subject to product availability.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice.
• Payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations.
• Ecotub reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on location.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
• Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at delivery.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders) within 5–7 business days after verification.
• Used or opened products are not eligible for return.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for select pin codes in India.
• A nominal COD fee may apply, which may be waived on orders above a certain value.
• Keep the exact amount ready at delivery.
• Rejected or undelivered COD orders may limit your ability to use COD in the future.

7. User Responsibilities

• Users must not misuse the website, attempt fraud, copy content, or interfere with website operations.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login details.

8. Intellectual Property
