Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
• You will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Locations in India: 5–7 business days
• Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (holidays, courier delays, weather conditions).

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
• A standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply to smaller orders (visible at checkout).
• COD orders may carry an additional handling fee.

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

Missing, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

• In case of damaged or missing products, reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
